1. Our principles

Be safe. Be honest. Be respectful. FindACoach exists to help people find trustworthy coaching. Behavior that undermines trust or safety has no place here.

2. What we expect

Represent your credentials, experience, and facility accurately. Honor your bookings and respond to messages promptly. Treat others with respect regardless of identity, background, or ability.

Keep reviews honest. Only review Providers you have actually used, and describe your genuine experience.

3. Prohibited conduct

Harassment, hate, threats, or discrimination. Sexual or violent content. Fraud, impersonation, or fake reviews. Attempts to take payments off-platform to evade fees. Scraping or republishing listings in violation of our Terms.

Coaching or facility offerings that are illegal, that pose a serious safety risk, or that target minors in a way that violates our age requirements.

4. How we enforce

We may remove content, hide or remove reviews, suspend listings, or suspend or terminate accounts. We record moderation actions and, where relevant, audit them. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent removal and, where warranted, referral to authorities.

You can report content or users through the Services or by contacting support@findacoach.io. To appeal a moderation decision, contact us within 30 days.
